Review a sample digestThe pilot will check public inspections, citations, published Form 483 documents, warning letters, recalls, matched import-alert firms and company debarments. FDA publication can lag the event. Failed or stale sources mean partial coverage.
Unresolved suppliers are not monitored. No matching records does not establish safety. Private documents and non-FDA regulators are outside the pilot. Read the full coverage and pilot terms.
