MES, QMS, and LIMS dossiers from public sources
This research covers manufacturing execution systems (MES), electronic quality management systems (QMS), and laboratory information management systems (LIMS) for pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing: 33 products, 27 core and 6 adjacent, backed by 1,182 sourced claims. It is written for pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers, CDMOs, and GMP QC labs building a shortlist. Start with the comparison table for deployment, pricing, and regulatory posture side by side, then open a profile for the evidence behind each entry.
Public-source research, not a ranking and not a recommendation to buy, reject, or shortlist. Dataset as of 2026-10-04.
Sources and inclusion rules
The research covers MES, QMS, and LIMS products that a pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturer, CDMO, or GMP QC lab would shortlist, plus six adjacent products filed separately so they are not mistaken for core systems: an electronic lab notebook, a frontline operations platform, two serialization products, a scientific data management system, and a biopharma R&D informatics platform. MasterControl Manufacturing Excellence and Quality Excellence are in scope on the same basis. Every product has a profile with a source on each important claim, an evidence set with one claim per row (source URL, source type, passage, confidence, caveats), and a sources note listing each source and what it supports. Every dossier passes an independent review before publication; a dossier that has not passed stays out.
Source types are vendor statement, customer account, regulator record, procurement, press, and our analysis. A vendor sentence stays a vendor sentence, and procurement amounts are buyer records, not list prices. Logos, sponsor lines, and analyst quadrants that were not read do not count as proof of deployment or capability. A missing document is a research gap, not a product defect. Quote-only is a reported result: where a vendor publishes no list price, the dossier says quote-only and gives no seat price, site price, or typical deal size. A public floor price appears only when the vendor page, or a marketplace page the profile cites, states the number, and the profile’s caveat stays with it. Regulator and procurement searches carry their date. A register that could not be queried is reported as such, never as a zero.
