Reason for Recall

Product adulterated. End user found a wingnut inside their canister; the firm determined that it came from the outside of the magnet unit attached to the blender. The wingnut looks bent out of shape and as a precautionary measure the firm wanted to recall all canisters produced during the affected lot.
