VAI means objectionable conditions or practices were found, but the agency is not prepared to take or recommend any administrative or regulatory action. OAI means regulatory and/or administrative actions are recommended.

Warning letters

Letters issued to the supplier or its confirmed sites, with issue dates and FDA links.

Recalls

Reported recalls with classification and status.

Import alerts and debarments

Firm listings on FDA import alerts and corporate debarment entries.

Sites covered

Every company name and FDA site we matched for each supplier.

Every finding links to its FDA source record.

Suppliers to check (1 to 5)

Use the supplier's registered company name. Leave out contract terms, part numbers and other confidential details.

Snapshots are for people who review suppliers for their own company. We prepare them by hand. A supplier with no identifiable FDA record gets a short note saying so, not a blank page.

We email your snapshot, or the reason we cannot prepare it, within 2 business days. Snapshots are prepared by RegDataLab, operated by Wasatch Crest Holdings LLC. Questions go to hello@regdatalab.com.

We use these details to prepare your snapshot and may follow up about RegDataLab. The snapshot is free and starts no subscription. See our privacy policy.
